Alex Polizzi heads to the Malvern Hills, Worcestershire, to face one of her toughest challenges yet: 24-year-old landlord Hendrik who's never worked behind a bar in his life. Alex finds him struggling to assert himself, with a menu priced by guesswork and a beer garden that's more eyesore than asset. Despite his parents' help, the family dynamic is fractured, with Hendrik unable to lead his parents. Communication is breaking down and time is running out.
